4. Liability

The owner is not responsible for content published by users, without prejudice to its removal upon obtaining actual knowledge of its unlawfulness under the LSSI-CE. Uninterrupted availability of the service is not guaranteed either, under the terms described in the terms and conditions.

5. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law.
