Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of this sports competition management platform (the "service"). By registering or using the service you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, you must not use it.

1. The service

The service lets you create and manage sports competitions (leagues, tournaments, cups and other formats), teams, players, schedules, results, standings and statistics, and publicly share the competitions you choose to make public. There is a free plan and paid plans with additional features, described on the pricing page.

2. Registration and accounts

To create competitions you need an account with accurate, up-to-date information.
You must be at least 14 years old to register.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. If you notice unauthorized access, report it to us as soon as possible through the contact page.
Automated accounts and impersonating other people or organizations are not allowed.

3. User content

The content you publish (competition and team names, results, comments, photos, crests and other material) is yours. By publishing it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display it within the service for the sole purpose of providing it (for example, showing your competition's public page). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for the reasonable time required by backups.

You are responsible for the content you publish. You warrant that you hold the rights and authorizations required (including, where applicable, the consent of any people appearing in photos) and that the content does not violate the law or third-party rights.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

Publish illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, violent content, or content that infringes third-party rights (intellectual property, image rights, privacy).
Harass or insult other users, for example in match comments.
Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or to the service's systems, overload the infrastructure, or bypass technical limitations.
Use the service to send spam or for fraudulent purposes.

We may remove content and suspend or cancel accounts that breach these rules, with prior notice when reasonably possible.

5. Paid plans, billing and refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand from your account. After cancellation you keep access to paid features until the end of the period already paid for.
Prices may change; any change will be announced in advance and will not affect a period already paid for.
If you are a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless the service has already been fully performed with your prior consent. To exercise it, write to us through the contact page.

6. Advertising

The service may show third-party ads (Google AdSense) on some pages, which helps keep the free plan running. The use of advertising cookies is described in the cookie policy and the privacy policy.

7. Intellectual property

The software, design, logos and other elements of the service (excluding user content) are owned by Roberto Delgado or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. No rights over them are granted to you other than normal use of the service.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service continuously available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability (maintenance, technical incidents or causes beyond our control). We may modify or discontinue features; if a change substantially reduces the features of a paid plan, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights consumer law grants you on a mandatory basis, nor our liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Account cancellation

You can close your account at any time from your profile; when you do, your data will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy. We may suspend or cancel accounts for breach of these terms or as required by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in applicable law. If the change is significant we will announce it on the platform with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after the new terms take effect implies acceptance of them.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts that correspond under applicable law; if you act as a consumer, the courts of your place of residence.
