Access control — Documentation

Who can see a competition and who can administer it are two separate decisions made by the organizer.

Public or private

A public competition is visible to anyone with the link; a private one requires an access code to enter, useful for a club's internal leagues or a closed group.

Six roles, not just admin and member

From the "Permissions" tab of the management panel, collaborators are invited with a specific role, not a simple yes/no admin flag:

Administrator — full control: structure, schedule, results, teams and settings.
Results — can enter and confirm scores, but can't touch the structure or the teams.
Referee — enters results and match events (goals, cards) and manages accumulation-based suspensions.
Statistician — only logs match events (goals, cards), without being able to close out the score.
Team delegate — same as results/events, but limited to a specific team's matches.
Member — view only; no results or events.

Audit log

The "Audit" tab of the management panel keeps a history of who created or edited each team, player, match and result, with a date — useful for tracking down an unexpected change in a competition with several collaborators.
