Who can view a competition and who can manage it are two separate decisions made by the organizer.
Public or private
A public competition is visible to anyone with the link; a private competition requires an access code to enter, which is useful for a club's internal leagues or a closed group.
Six roles, not just administrator and member
From the "Permissions" tab in the management panel, collaborators are invited with a specific role, not with a simple yes/no admin flag:
- Administrator — full control over structure, schedule, results, teams, and settings.
- Results — can enter and confirm results, but cannot modify the structure or teams.
- Referee — enters results and match events (goals, cards) and manages accumulation-based suspensions.
- Statistician — only records match events (goals, cards), without being able to finalize the score.
- Team delegate — same as results/events, but limited to matches involving a specific team.
- Member — view-only; no results or events.
Audit log
The "Audit" tab in the management panel keeps a history of who created or edited each team, player, match, and result, along with the date; this is useful for identifying an unexpected change in a competition with multiple collaborators.
